MP3 (Lame) Codec not found

I get this error message when attempting to convert a WAV to an MP3.
"The CODEC required to compress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\KantoGymLeader.mp3' could not be opened."
dMC worked with no problems long before this. I've tried reinstalling and that didn't help. Any ideas?

Try altering your compression settings for mp3 some combinations do not work.
