pc crashed

i have bought the new r14 release and try to convert a few files with 3 cpus but after a few minutes the whole pc crashed and no log will created.

if i dont use the convert all work fine. what can we do?

Crashed in what way? the whole computer froze?

yes the whole computer freeze and do a reboot. it is the first time with the same settings. change is that i have updatet the beta to the final. no overclocking or something else.

Nothing should make a computer freeze like that, even if a program tried to do it (in a malicious way it would not be able to do so). This leaves:

Computer overheating and crashing
Hardware stability - memory fault
Driver issue

I've also been having BSOD issues since I installed R14. No issues with R13.5 or the beta of 14.
If I insert certain CD's (Akon - Freedom for example) DBPowerAmp becomes unresponsive and within a minute or 2 the pc will blue screen.

Can you post the actual contents of the BSOD message?

By insert, you mean not even do any ripping?

i think it will come if you use more than 2 cpus. with single core i dont get the crash but with 3 cpus.
