R14 Failing rip on last track

R14 fails on the last track of the half dozen discs I tried. Goes to rip pass 1 99% and locks there - the process timer still ticking. I've tried every variety of install/uninstall/reinstall with the same results. I am now back to 13.5.
Windows 7 x64. Any others experience this?

I think this is connected with enabling Overread Leadin/Leadout.
