Download of R14 not possible

Hello,
how works the Upgrade from R13.5 to R14

Your Information:

1. Visit the registration retrieval page, type the order number for your existing order number:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/

2. Beneath the download link for your existing software is an upgrade offer, click it to upgrade.


Step1 works fine but i have not found the upgrade offer!

I can see only my Name and the E-Mail Address thats all!

Please let me know how can i upgrade!

I assume that you need to visit this page http://reg.dbpoweramp.com/getorder.aspx and input your order number which will then allow you to upgrade.
