    Right-Click Convert To function disabled

    Hi All,

After a hard drive crash, I re-downloaded R 13.5 and found there was no longer a right click option to convert. I can convert files via opening Music Converter and choosing a file, but not via the right click menu option. I've tried every conceivable fix, including removing all traces of old software and re-downloading, and paying for and downloading v.14 upgrade but cannot manage to reinstate this function that I used to use dozens of times a day.

    Advice??

    Thanks!

    Peter

      Hi Spoon,

Thanks, did not get email alert of your reply. Using Windows XP. Right-click function worked fine for years! Just can't get it back after reloading converter.

      Thanks much!

      Peter

Have you checked all the audio types (such as Convert To on Wave, mp3?)

Without presuming to know better than Spoon...(!!!)

In dBpoweramp Configuration -> Music Converter -> Windows Explorer Integration -> 'Convert To' on Right Click Menu *IS* enabled, isn't it?

Well, sometimes I eventually find the answer to "Why is my [insert appliance] not working?" is "Because it is not plugged in" ......... :p
