popup when using explorer on musicfile

I have dbpoweramp for a long time on my computer. The last update I made was for Music converter r9 When I come with the mousepointer on a music file such as mp3 then I see very often a popup with the name of the file and the albumname if filled out. At the end of the popup you see the sentence dbpoweramp.

I have installed the music converter on other computers in my network, but this very handy popup will not come up.
Do I have to download and install another plugin to get this popup ?
