DMC only allows CBR for MP3

Hello,

when I try to use DMC to convert FLAC files to MP3 I can only adjust the CBR quality in the settings panel. All other options like VBR (which I'd like to use) are greyed out. However, when using the CD-Ripper instead of the converter all options are available.

I would appreciate any help!
