    MPIO DMK issues

    Hello,

My last thread looks to have been lost about trying to use the MPIO DMK. Spoon posted a beta driver that allowed the converter to work properly. However the transfer of the converted mp3 files failed. Here is the sveta-log.txt file after converting a 2MB 128kbs file to a 96kbs and trying to send it to the device.

Try using Sveta Explorer - and format the internal memory. Then copy over an existing mp3 file.

OK. I tried formatting my memory and then converting one mp3 file with the same results as before. The conversion goes well but sending the file to the device fails. Here is the sveta-log.txt from the try, it is very similar to the one I posted before:

Does the DMK plug straight into the USB?

        No hubs.

Yep straight into the USB port, not going through any hubs.
What is interesting is that everything works fine through the explorer. I can delete files and download files through that with no issues, it's just the convert feature that causes the issue.

Could the issue be similar to the previous issue that I was running into? Where the converter was getting the wrong number of items in the playlist, something like 2 million? I noticed that the log file reported that there were 35,000 some songs i the playlist.

Could be, like the driver is opening the wrong USB Ident, but for the mpio everything is handled by the driver.
