Convert WAV Library to WMA v10 Pro or M4a?

HI folks. First time poster here so go easy on me. I have all of my CDs ripped to WAV but now I want to put them on my Zune but my Zune doesn't support WAV so I see that it either supports WMA Pro 10 or WMA 9.2 Lossless. Which would be best to use? I don't want to lose anything in the conversion if possible. Also, what settings would I use in the 2 columns for WMA V10 Pro loss for khz? These are not labeled so I'm not sure what they are for or what to use. Thanks in advance for the help and information.
