Basic batch conversion questions

Hello all,

Can someone please tell me how to go about converting my entire music library from source FLAC files to mp3 files on a different drive, while also keeping tags, art, etc?

Set the output folder to the external drive, select dynamic naming and choose:

[origpath]\[origfilename]
