How to create mp4 AACPlus?

Hello, what codec do I need to install in dbpoweramp to create a AACPlus file with a .mp4 extension, stereo, 44.1khz, 32kpbs?

The source is a 44.1 16bit stereo wav file

I've installed both the mp4-Nero-AAC and the Codec-m4a codecs.

Neither seem to be able to convert my .wav into anything but an .m4a

Besides the extension, there is no difference between .mp4 and .m4a.
