problem wav -> mp2 mono

Hi,

I got a problem converting wav to mp2.
If I convert to mp2, mono, 256Kbps, the resulting file is silent.
If I decrease the bitrate to 192Kbps or even lower, it is working ...

Is this a known issue? Anyone knows a fix?

I used version 4.2.1.0, but also checked the newest version 13.5.0.0, which has the same problem.

192 Kbps is the maximum for mono (stereo is double this).
