Can't load AIFF encoder in Parallels

I can't get AIFF encoder to work in Multi encoder in CD Ripping. I am using Parrallels Desktop 5 with OX 10.6.4. Is it possible to do or is it something to do with using the MAC system? I would like to encode in AIFF. How can I?

In which way does it not work? it does not show, it crashes? it creates no file?
