Convert to MP3

I payed for reference so i could convert to mp3 as this is all my phone supports, but it just skips all track during the conversion process, i have tried converting from .wma and from .mp3 (i wanted to change the bitrate). any ideas why this may be!

No errors are shown at the end? are any mp3 files created?
