Hi all,
I have been using dBpa for a long time for both ripping and tagging my music.
After I installed iTunes 9.2 it seems that dBpa 13.5 (all updates installed) edited tags get truncated so that you cannot see all the text when I choose "Get Info" in iTunes.
For instance, I normally add in the "Encoded by" tag
dBpoweramp 13.5, Secure, iTunes 9.2, Verified
Previously that tag has shown fine in iTunes 9.1.1 and previous versions. This may be a bug in iTunes but the weird thing is that AAC files encoded by XLosslessEncoder in Mac OS X (having very long encoder tags) shows fine and are not truncated at all. But as soon as I take that XLD encoded AAC and edit the tags with dBpa using ID Tag Edit it gets truncated. Is dBpa doing something to the tag structure causing the truncation?
Cheers!
