convert one big flec file into smaller mp3 files according to different soundtracks

I have some classical music albums in FLAC, I usually listen to them on my pc by clicking the CUE file that comes with. I wonder how I can convert that one single big FLAC file that contains all the soundtracks into mp3 files with each soundtrack being one individual mp3 file. I hope I've made myself clear . Thanks for the help.

dBpoweramp cannot split on cue sheet, sorry.
