can't get converter to open

Hello,

I am probably missing something obvious, so bear with me.

I just downloaded the converter software to convert apple lossless library to mp3,

In the start menu (I have windows 7); I see an icon for dBpoweramp configuration, I open this and see a menu with all kinds of configuration options; I can't see an icon for the program itself though. How would I run this program.

Right click on the apple lossless file >> Convert To

or open Batch Converter (type into the start search bar)
