I am getting this message! My system is Windows 98.

Try using the Audio CD Input Program.

WAV files?

I used this "distortion" program to create a WAV file, then tried to convert it to MP3, and got this same message. Honestly, we're talking the standard codecs, and it can't open them either.
Ideas? :confused:
