When converting you have the option to overwrite the existing files? -

Re: Batch convert but skip if destination file already exists?
Is there a way to configure the converter to watch my flac directory and make mp3s automatically when they appear/change? i.e. I rip to flac but want a secondary cache of mp3s for itunes/iphone however I don't want to dual encode as I rip (I often have to fix tags etc and doing it on 2 sets of files is a chore) and want it to be transparent in the background.
If not any suggestions of tools that can do this?Comment

Hi does this also delete files if I removed the source and detect tag changes? i.e. create a perfect sync with the source?
Also may I ask what the thinking is with the pricing strategy. If it does the above I would be seriously interested, but not really at 120USD. Have you designed it for companies rather than personal use?Comment

It will not detect tag changes.
It is really designed for commercial usage.Comment
