Cannot access Music Converter
I mainly use the Music Converter to convert from flac to mp3. It worked flawlessly until yesterday when I defragged my hard drive. Now when I try to use the Music Converter, I get this message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
What happened? And how can I fix the problem?
