Paid for another year of AMG, but order number doesn't work

...or it's maybe possible that I miscopied the order number I was given.

Anyway, when I entered my order number in the ActivateAMG.exe dialog box, it said it was invalid. The order number I received was just an 8-digit number, but I noticed the dialog box asked for an order number of the form Rxxxxxxxx or Uxxxxxxxx, so I thought maybe it wanted my original order number, which is of this form. But when I tried entering that number, it said "this order number has an expired AMG license."

So, I've paid, but can't complete the activation. How can I resolve this?
