win 7 x64 - Audio Properties sheet not populated

I have Reference 13.1 - right-click on file in explorer > Properties, click the Audio Properties tab and all the fields are blank. I installed same program on XP 32 bit and the problem does not exist there. Does 13.4 fix this and do I have to pay again for the bug fix?

    Thanks

64bit support is not scheduled for that page until R14 releases (it is not a bug fix, but a full rewrite of how that information is obtained).

To answer your other question: Since you purchased r13.x Reference, you can upgrade to any newer r13.x versions (r13.4 in this case) with no cost. See here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=12483

The Audio Properties page isn't even showing up in my Windows 7 Premium, with R14, much less populating....

        Suggestions?

Do you get the ID Tag property page? if not, uninstall R14, reboot windows, then reinstall.
