CLI Encoder error ?

I installed the music converter, cd-ripper and a few codecs

But when I open any of them they yell about "CLI extension has not been setup" and points to a .txt file

But, uhm, what to do with it?

You need to point the CLI encoder codec to the executable that you want it to use. (Read the help notes).

Unless you have some special encoder that you want to use I would uninstall the CLI Encoder codec.
