Convert FLAC to Nero AAC - add Encoder Settings tag?

When converting (e.g.) FLAC to Nero AAC, is it possible to add an Encoder Settings tag if there isn't one in the original file?

The Nero encoder adds a "cdec" tag with this info, but this seems to be non-standard as MP3Tag deletes it when performing any tag editing operation.

A workaround is to convert as normal, then use IDTag Update DSP to map cdec -> Encoder settings, but can it be done as part of the conversion process itself?

    Thx.

Yes you could use ID Tag Processing DSP when converting and Delete 'Encoder settings' and set Encoder Settings to a fixed value.

      Wow, quick response!

But I have to manually type in the fixed value? i.e. if I'm using -q.50 I have to enter "-q.50" in the field? There isn't a dynamic setting, so if I change encoder settings the tag is altered accordingly?
