Wavpack or Wave

Hi Guys,

I want to convert an mp3 album so i can burn it and play it on a normal cd player. Not done this for a while so am abit rusty
I notice i have wave and wavpack options.
Which is the one to use and what is the difference between the two please.

Like FLAC, Apple Lossless or WMA Lossless - it is a lossless compressed audio.
