PLEASE HELP-MP3 to WMA

Hi:
I just downloaded dMC. When I go to configuaration screen, there is a portion under the white box w/ the list in it, which appears jumbled and fragmented. It looks like this may be a necessary part of configuaration. Also, I have tried to doenload the WMA codec (I have Windows Media Player 9), and it just keeps saying unable to find server.
Please help, I am desperate.

That server was down for a while, the codecs now point to dbpoweramp.com and dbpoweramp.net is currently being restored.
