Batch Converter does not see NAS

    New here so hello all...

I just installed a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo and have found that Squeezebox Server does not handle wma files on a NAS. This has led me to break out the batch converter and figure it out so i can convert 1300 older songs to flac. For some reason it will not see the NAS where these files are located so i can select them for conversion. It does see another NAS on the network which i removed to see if it could find it then but that did not help. Any help on this?

When I do figure out how to find the NAS i plan to sort all the wma files and convert them to flac, output them to the same folders they were in then search wma in windows explorer within that NAS and delete the results. is this the correct way to meet my goal of converting all wma to flac and clearing out wma's while maintaining the same folders and order?

    thanks!

Map the nas network share as a drive letter (right click on the folder and select the option).

you really helped me out a ton, thanks.

pretty amazing program. converted all of them at 30x even though they were on a nas which only took a couple of hours. outputted them back to the original folders, sorted with explorer search by wma and deleted the originals. all tags, art etc perfectly intact and all music now in flac.

hats off to sony for the viao too. my hp was converting at 4-6x's, switched to my wifes viao and wow...

great job dbpoweramp and thanks spoon.
