    Problems with re-install

    Hello -

I just bought a new computer and needed to re-install dBpoweramp on it, but am running into problems. I no longer can see or get the functionality from the utliity codecs that I could before.

    Here was my process:

    1) Went to dBpoweramp Registration Retrieval to find and download the latest version of my software.

    2) I am provided a download link to dBpoweramp Reference R13.3 which I downloaded and installed

    3) dBpoweramp configuration shows I have dBpoweramp Music Converter: Registered Reference Release 13.3

    4) However I am not provided the ability to install utility codecs like Arrange Audio, Replay Gain or ID Tag Update. So I go to Codec Central to download these.

    5) Now I have a version of Arrange Audio, but Output Location is greyed out when trying to convert files. I can't use dynamic locations. Why?

What am I doing wrong? I downloaded the Reference version registration retrieval provided to me, but am unable to get my utilities working as they did on my previous computer. Please help, I'm at a complete loss.

    Re: Problems with re-install

[Arrange Audio] does disable the Output Location and Dynamic, because these values are entered on the actual compression settings page.

Thanks Spoon, so basically Output Location on Arrange Audio is always greyed out? Why is it even on that utility then?

The codec its self sets the output path, not Music Converter.
