R14 Release Date and Upgradign to Reference?

Hi,

I would like to upgrade to Reference for the multi-CPU support. However, major updates are not free and it appears that R14 might be release soon. Is there a target release date?

Also, if it is soon, is there any grace period so that people buying reference XX days before the next major release get a free upgrade?

Thanks. It looks like it is $16 to upgrade power pack to reference. How much is it to upgrade reference to next major release of reference?
