Arrange Music Options Backwards?

I start a conversion of a single file using the Arrange Music codec. I have "Same folder as original selected" and "Delete source files after conversion" cleared. As an FYI, the grayed out value in the "Folder" field of "Output to" says "C:\TMP".

After I convert, the source file is deleted, and the new file is stored in C:\TMP.

Just for grins, I set the options the opposite way and got the same behavior, with the sole exception that I was warned that my source file would be deleted.

Does Arrange Music work? What do I need to do differently? (I'm on WinXP Pro, if that matters.)

Arrange Music does not use any of those options, such as delete source files.
