problems from mp3 to WMA

Everytime I try to convert an mp3 file to wma the following message appears in my screen :

The CODEC required to compress C:\........ could not be opened.

I have installed the CODEC for WMA (I can click on WMA) and I have the small window after having choosen the WMA format but when I click 'CONVERT' this message appears.

If you have an answer, please let me know.:confused:

Try different WMA settings, or converting from a simple 44KHz Wave file.
