Edit ID Tag and Convert To are not available

I have Music Converter (and other dbpoweramp products) on my external hard drive. I recently got a new laptop and have been able to use both Music Converter and CDGrab just fine. But now "Edit ID Tag" and "Convert To" are not available when I right-click on a file. Any thoughts?

You have to install dBpoweramp to get those.
