Converter not working

I tried the trial version and it worked great. I purchased the full version and now I can't get any files to convert. It's coming up with an error message saying it's unable to load decoder for file type '.m4a' or the codec is not installed. I've tried adding codecs and a full reset. Nothing seems to work. I don't want to be out the money I paid for this. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Run dBpoweramp configuration >> Codecs, this lists the codecs dbpoweramp has installed and is able to decode.

Thank you. I didn't have the decoder setup. Works fine now.
