Having big problems with mpeg layer 3

Hi my name is Gin

I am on Vista and waiting for win 7 that should get here within a week.

Now I installed version 13.3 and I cannot get mpeg layer 3 to show up at all.
I use incredimail and need to have my mp3 in small waves... I tried the lame 3 but it does not play in incredimail. :cry:

I really don't know what to do cause I have installed even the mega codec k lite and even with that the mpeg layer 3 is no where to be found.

Anyone can help please. I really don't understand
