compressing wav files

In control panel click 'Sounds and Audio Devices'

Audio Codec >> Properties >> Properties - select the Mpeg Layer 3 and make sure when click Properties and make sure it is set to use the codec and set its priority to 2.

If it is decode only you need to find a new .acm file to replace it.
