ReplayGain on Musepack

I'm setting the ReplayGain DSP, but the values are not written to tags (APE).
Instead they are stored in the header of the mpc-file.

Is it possible to store the values also in the tags?

My player depends on reading the tags, not the header.

Not for mpc, the header is the right location for replaygain tags.
