Trouble converting .wmv and .rax to .mp3

Ok, so I installed the program and all codecs available. Here is the error I'm getting:

    Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Users\Barry\Documents\Music\2000s\Tim Wilson - But I Could Be Wrong.wma' to 'C:\Users\Barry\Documents\Music\2000s\Tim Wilson - But I Could Be Wrong.mp3'
This WMA file is protected and cannot be decoded, file 'C:\Users\Barry\Documents\Music\2000s\Tim Wilson - But I Could Be Wrong.wma' [clDecoder::Open]

How do I 'unprotect' the .wmv file? I didn't know I protected them in the first place.

Secondly, the program cannot even find the .rax files. How do I convert them?

dBpowerAMP can not handle files protected by DRM. If you can play them in WMP the only work around I can suggest is to first burn them to an audio cd and then rip them as mp3.

To handle rax files have you followed the instructions and installed Real Alternative and dBpowerAMP's DirectShow filter? You might have to add the rax suffix to the list of recognised file types. See the help guide for the Directshow filter.
