Converted FLAC to Apple Lossless and then .mp3 and my AVR no longer sees originals

Hi. I ripped a bunch of CDs to FLAC using dBP. No problem.

Then I batch converted to Apple Lossless and imported them into i-Tunes. Again no problems.

I also batch convereted to mp3 for my Droid. Loaded it up: works fine.

The original FLAC rips are still there, but my Denon AVR can't find them over the network. Shows the NAS, the folder they are in, and the sub folders are named properly. Just that when I open any one up it is <empty>. They played fine before. Something seems to have corrupted the original FLAC rips from the Denon's standpoint. From the computer where the rips were done, the music files are there and they play just fine.

    Perplexed. Any ideas?

(your product is great, btw. Money well spent!)

The flac files should not change unless you converted to FLAC, or edited the ID tags of all the flac files.

      Thanks.

I didn't convert to flac, I ripped to flac.

I changed just one of the files info (renamed the artist by correcting the misspelling of the name).

Does it matter that the original flac rips, the iTunes converstions and the mp3 conversions are all on my NAS? (in separate folders, of course)

        Should not, try re-ripping.
