convert WAV to MP3 encoding modes issue

Hello i've converted WAV file to MP3 CBR 320kbps using all encodings modes fast,slow,normal

Slow (High Quality)

Normal

Fast (Low Quality)


As you see if you look at spectrograms Fast (Low Quality) mode quality is the best quality from all modes and Slow (High Quality) mode which should be the best is the worst quality something isn't right I think

You cannot tell quality by looking at a spectrogram for lossy codecs...
