More codec errors

Hi,
I wanted to convert wav to mp3 and I got the following error message:

"The CODEC required to decompress ..............wav' could not be opened.
ACM Codec Not Installed 'UnKnown 353'"

But I can't find the codec on the site!!!

You need an ACM codec that can play:

0x0161 Windows Media Audio V2 / DivX audio (WMA) / Alex AC3 Audio

I don't know where you would get one though. Maybe DivX?
