    unable to import MP3

i was tring to import mp3 (converted by dBpowerAMP Music Converterfile) into flash, but received an error message ("Flash does not recognize the file format...").

other mp3 files (not converted by this software) does not cause this problem.
wave files are ok as well (even ones i did convert using dBpowerAMP )

    help...please...

    Anat-
If you are trying to copy these mp3 files to a portable mp3 player which uses flash memory, you may want to make sure that the files are converted to constant bit rate (cbr) rather than variable bit rate (vbr) settings. If the files you want to copy are in variable rate, use music converter to first convert them to standard bit rate. It seems that there also may be some portable mp3 players that have trouble with Lame files. I have read elsewhere that in many such cases downloading and using the Blade codec works better. You can download a Blade codec from Codec Central
If neither of these suggestions is applicable (such as, you already tried them or you are really trying to do something different) please reply and offer a few more details about your situation.
