    Auxilary Input Query

I have tried the Auxilary input and can only get it to create MP3's at 112bps. How can i change the bitrate to a higher one and can it record LPs to wAV files instead?

    Cheers.

To change to a higher bitrate:
Open Auxilary Input, click on the right side of the record button (where the downward arrow is) on the menu bar. You should see a menu which includes, from top to bottom, record, record (with options), record to, and compression settings. Click on compression settings to select a different compressiion setting than you already have.

To record to wav (or some other format):
Open Auxilary Input, click on the right side of the record button (where the downward arrow is) on the menu bar. Click on record to and you will see the formats you are able to convert to (this list will definitely include wav).

If you are trying to do both, you need to select the file format before you select the compression setting.

    hope this helps.
    best wishes,
