dbpoweramp won't rip

I have been using dbPoweramp for several months & now have version 13.3 (registered). This morning, it was not responding. When I insert a CD, the program recognizes it, but when I click the "rip" button, nothing happens. I have two disc drives & have the same problem with both. The window then freezes and will do nothing. I tried reinstalling, but have the same problem. I am running Windows XP Pro, have plenty of RAM & hard drive space. Help!

Try clearing dbpoweramp and all the settings:

Reinstall and try ripping wuth default settings
