I have a WAV file that is 1135KB. When I convert it to OGG, then back to WAV using the built-in converter, it's 1137KB! When using oggdec.exe, it's 1135KB as expected.
What's going on? I would like the WAV conversion to keep it at 1135KB if possible. If this is due to ID3 tags, then I want them all removed. Also, for some reason oggdec.exe doesn't work with the CLI encoder because it doesn't have an outfile.
