Entry point not found

When I try to install dbpower amp i get an error message which says "The procedure entry point WMCreateSynceReader could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCore.DLL." Any suggestions? I got this program on my other computer and it's great!

The Windows Media Audio Codec is not installed full, go to its download page and install the WMA v9 system files.
