Speed Up Ripping Time

How do you speed up the ripping time on dBpowerAMP's CD input ripper? If I am ripping a CD to Mp3 Using Ripp to RAM and Convertion at the same time. It takes up to an hour to ripp a complete CD of 9 to 11 tracks. How do I go about speeding this process up a bit?
