Next Release, Major Upgrades, Etc

I've been thinking about purchasing the r13 reference package but as I checked the forums I saw references to r14 in various posts throughout the year. There was also a 14 month gap between r12 and r13 initial releases and r13 was released almost 15 months ago. So based on these two things I'd think that r14 would be released soon. This raised some questions:

1) What is the timeline on the r14 release?

2) What is the policy if someone purchases the reference package and there is a major upgrade release shortly afterwards? Is there a grace period that a free major upgrade would be given?

2) No, we announce in the beta forum atleast 4 weeks before there is a release coming.

I have lot of cds to rip & I prefer to rip with the 13.4 instead of the beta.

R13.4 will only be a bug fix for r13.3, unless you are effected by a specific bug...

I will not release for about 2 months.
