ALAC to FLAC (Vorbis vs ID3 and Album Artist)

FLAC files can contain VORBIS comments and ID3 tags at the same time. FLAC standard only guarantees that VORBIS comments will be read by any flac compliant program, while ID3 may be read by some but not by others.

Just to make sure, when converting from ALAC to FLAC, DbPowerAmp doesn't create the ID3 tags, right?

I notice that the converted FLAC contains a 'ALBUMARTIST' tag. How can I instead get a 'Album Artist' tag in the FLAC?
