ID Tag Update - Capitalization problem

When I set the Capitalization option in the 'Manipulation' tab to 'Lowercase Except First Letter', it always capitalizes the letter following an apostrophe.

For example, "What's up" gets changed to "What'S Up".

    Is this a bug?

I am using release 2 of the ID Tag Update utility codec on MP3 files.

Updated [ID Tag Processing] to 2.1 which fixes.

      Thanks for the quick response.

When I download release 2.1 from Codec Central, it appears to be downloading release 2.0 still.

After I download and install the update, it is being reported as 'release 2' in the installer and on the Codecs tab in the dBpoweramp configuation application. When I press the 'Check for updates' button in dBpoweramp Configuration, it prompts me to update to release 2.1 even though I just installed it.
