coverted mp3-file doesn´t exist

I´m using dbpower AMP Music Converter. I have to convert cda-files directly in mp3-files (320 kbs/ 44,1 kHz). First, it seemed to work but afterwards there ist no file in the destination-folder. It´s conspicuous that the convert-prozess execute very quick! Interesting is, that it works perfectly, if I´m loged-in as another user under Windows. Thanks for any help!

For CDA Files you are best ripping with 'CD Ripper' (rather than selecting the files >> right click >> Convert To). Is that what you are doing?
